NeuEon was founded in 2004 with the express mission to bring the experience of large enterprise consulting services to small business.
We started with the concept of a "fractional CTO" offering to provide the services of what normally would be an in-house chief technology officer for early stage companies that were not ready to bring on a full-time CTO.
 
We then expanded to include a fractional CIO service that allowed organizations to buy the services of a Chief Information Officer in hourly, daily or monthly increments.   As a logical add-on to our Fractional CIO service we started offering our Managed IT services in 2005 in partnership with Secure Networks for Small Business Inc.  This allowed us to direct and manage the outsourcing of IT operations for small businesses at a fraction of what it would cost to hire in-house IT specialists. 
In 2008 we spun off the Managed IT business back to our trusted partner Secure Networks and now recommend and refer the outsourced IT services to Secure Networks.
